Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I last posted here, but I have some exciting news to share. Choosing Us, the latest spin-off from the Love, Life, & Happiness series, will be available this Friday! I’m thrilled that everyone will get to read this story, as it’s Gina and Grant’s story. Over the next few days, I’ll be posting a few posts, including my favorite, 10 Things You Didn’t Know, along with a preview of the prologue from the story. I hope you all come back this week to check out these posts.
Today, I’ll be sharing a meet-the-characters post, where you’ll get to meet Gina and Grant. They were first introduced in Love Always and Believe In Love, and by the time you reach Gina’s sister Kayla’s story, Only You, they’re already a couple. Now, they’re getting their own story, which promises to be filled with twists and turns as they question their relationship.
Loving each other was easy…until life made it complicated.
Gina Watkins and Grant Dupree have been together for a while, and moving in together feels like the right next step. It’s something they both wanted…until reality starts to set in.
What seemed easy before doesn’t feel the same anymore. The little things turn into bigger issues, and the connection they once had starts to shift. Between work, stress, and trying to figure themselves out, they begin to question where they really stand.
Gina has to face what she truly wants out of life and love, while Grant struggles with the changes happening around him and within their relationship—especially when his past resurfaces.
Now, they’re left with a decision neither of them expected to make—do they keep trying to hold on to what they have, or walk away and focus on themselves?
Sometimes love isn’t just about staying…it’s about choosing what’s best, even when it’s hard.
