Book Update!

Happy Saturday everyone! And Happy Labor Day weekend! While the majority of everyone will be celebrating a day off, I will be working my full-time job, but I do have an update on some books that I am working on.

It’s been a while since I last posted, but I’m thrilled to share that I’m currently working on two books. The final installment of the Forever Love series, titled Down For You, and the latest LL&H spin-off, Behind Our Love, are in the works.

With Down For You, it’s Mashawn and Andrew’s story, as the two wonder if their love is destined to last. With everyone around them either married with kids, getting married, or expecting kids, the two wonder if they will ever get to that point in their lives. When the two go back to where their relationship started at Williamson, Mashawn gets a surprise that could affect her future with Andrew.

As for Behind Our Love, this is a story that I was not planning on writing at the moment. It was a sort of a TBD story, but once Nathan and Rachel started talking to me, I had to start writing.

The latest spin-off from the Love, Life, & Happiness series will be about the two as they return to Houston after establishing a life in Dallas. While Rachel is embarking on a new job, Nathan becomes the sergeant of the police department that his dad was once the chief. When Nathan decides to follow in his mother’s footsteps of becoming the mayor, he embarks on a few secrets that could potentially destroy his life along with his future with Rachel.

Rachel also has a secret that she hasn’t told Nathan, which may come between their marriage. Will they be able to survive the issues they’re facing in their relationship? That, you will have to read the story to find out.

There is no release date for either Down For You or Behind Our Love, but it could it be Behind Our Love may be released in October while Down For You will be available in November.
