Hi everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. In the past week, I have done a huge transformation with my writing career as I have made the decision of throwing my name in the publishing ring.
Now I have my own publishing company. 🙂
This decision wasn’t done overnight. I have been thinking about doing this for quite some time. I was even thinking about it when I signed under another company after I left the first company I was signed with. For me, this is a source of independence that I needed to branch myself into and do something that I know I can be in the future, and that is be a successful business woman.
When I first started in the writing industry, I was an independent author. I released ten books on my own before signing with a publisher; therefore, if I was able to do that, then I know I can run a publishing company. I know it will take a lot of hard work, time, and patience, but I’m determined to make this successful, and I know it can be.
So, without further ado, here is the logo for my new company, SBinkley Publishing:

This is the standalone that I was going to release with my previous publisher (and was also in the Valentine’s anthology), but I decided to publish it myself. It will be released sometime in June. I will keep you all posted on whether I place the book on pre-order or if I do or if the release date is sooner.
I do have an author that will be releasing her book soon as well. Keep a look out for Alithea-Jae Smith. She was one of the featured authors from the 30 Days, 30 Authors event. Her story, Love On The Track, will be available sometime this summer.
